Roush Fenway Racing announced this morning at New Hampshire Motor Speedway that UPS will sponsor David Ragan’s No. 6 next season in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. According to a UPS representative, the company now has the "rock star driver" it was looking for.

Currently, UPS sponsors the No. 44 Toyota of David Reutimann owned by Michael Waltrip.

Mainely motorsports logo Ragan, 22, who just missed qualifying for this year’s Chase for the Sprint Cup, appears to buy into the UPS way of thinking – that maybe he’ll now get the "rock star" treatment.

"Everyone’s going to be talking about us and the new UPS Ford Fusion team," Ragan said.
