PORTLAND, Maine – Hypercoil Springs is offering teams the chance to make the most the first annual GRIP Seminar.
In announcing that GRIP – “Get Racing's In-Depth Perspective” – is now joined by Hypercoil as the title sponsor for the four-day short-track racing seminar held at Portland's Seasons Event & Conference Center from January 19-22, the company is also announcing an exciting offer. For each four-day ticket sold to the seminar between now and Jan. 19, Hypercoil will match the purchase by offering two FREE accompanying tickets.
Now, three people will be able to attend all four days of GRIP for the price of just one ticket.
“We absolutely believe that short-track racing teams will benefit from GRIP,” said Kelly Falls of Hyperco, the company which produces Hypercoil Springs. “And because we believe that teams will benefit from what they will learn at GRIP – in all aspects of the racing world – we want to send as many people as possible.”
People who have already purchased four-day tickets to GRIP Seminars presented by Hypercoil Springs will also be presented with this opportunity.
“We're beyond excited to have Hypercoil Springs on board with us,” said GRIP founder Gary Crooks of Crooks Racing Inc. “We know that short-track teams are conscious of every penny they spend as they try and bring their programs to the next level, and it goes without saying that Hypercoil is making it very easy for teams to commit to our program.”
“With Hypercoil's involvement, it's no longer up to just a team's driver to attend GRIP and share the information with his team,” Falls said. “Now, the driver, his crew chief and his spotter can all come and see the benefits for themselves.”
Hyperco, the producer of Hypercoil Springs, is a supplier of high performance suspension components for all levels of the motor racing industry. In 1996, Hyperco joined with MW Industries Inc. to become one of the top spring and specialty fastener manufacturers in the nation.
The Hyperco product line includes suspension coils (Hypercoils), Hydraulic load centering Spring Perches and Composite Leaf Springs. Hyperco components are utilized by championship-winning teams worldwide – in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Formula One, Indy Racing League, SCCA, NASCAR Nationwide Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, short-track oval racing, sports cars, off-road racing and motorcycle racing.
Hypercoil Springs have been utilized by every Indianapolis 500 winner since 1965.
“Hypercoil's commitment to racers and a quality product go hand-in-hand,” said Jason Enders of RE Suspension, GRIP's co-founder. “I'm not surprised at all that they would go to lengths like this to make sure that short-track racers get the most information available to them in order to have success on the track.”
GRIP is designed to benefit teams from all walks of short-track racing, including PASS-sanctioned Super Late Models, ACT-sanctioned Late Models, Maritime Pro Stock and Sportsman-type cars, open-wheeled Modifieds and various weekly divisions from across North America.
Enrollment in the four-day seminar is limited to the first 100 people to register, and tickets are going fast. Multiple pricing packages are available to accommodate a variety of schedules and budgets. A special room rate at the adjacent Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel, for both single- and double-occupancy, is also being offered.
