BARRE, Vt. -- Nick Sweet started on the pole. Brian Hoar and Joey Polewarczyk Jr. encountered trouble. Brent Dragon appeared on the verge of his second Milk Bowl title.

Oh yeah -- and John Donahue kissed a cow in victory lane at the 47th Chitteden Milk Bowl on Sunday at Thunder Road International Speedbowl.

LOUDON, N.H. --  Eddie MacDonald won the pole for Friday's Camping World East Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

It was MacDonald's first career pole at the track where he swept a pair of East Series races in 2008.

SCARBOROUGH, Maine -- Four days, a six-hour rain delay and Mike Rowe's third career PASS 300 victory.

In the meantime, Super Late Models practiced, drivers signed autographs for fans and Carey Martin picked up an emotional PASS Sportsman win. In all, it was a jam-packed weekend at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway.

RACEDAY REWIND: Labor Day Classic 200

Dave Pembroke had the field covered.

But before Pembroke led every lap on Sunday at Thunder Road, ACT president Tom Curley took Late Model drivers on a tour of the monuments celebrating the track's biggest events, some 45 teams attempted to qualify for one of 30 starting spots and a packed house watched round No. 11 of the ACT Late Model Tour season.

LOUDON, N.H. -- Another day at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, another group of Late Model teams hitting the track for ACT Invitational Testing.

A slew of Maine drivers, a couple of simulated races and a hard T.J. Watson crash on the backstretch of the one-mile oval.

LOUDON, N.H. -- A total of 27 teams were on hand for the first day of ACT Late Model Tour testing at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

A relatively quiet day saw plenty of single-car runs, some drafting in packs in the afternoon and a slew of enthusiastic Late Model teams from across the northeast and Canada.

RACEDAY REWIND: NAPA 150 at Unity

For two drivers, it was a career day at Unity Raceway.

Randy Turner won his first career PASS North Series race, while Scott McDaniel won his first career PASS Modified event on the same afternoon. Shane Tatro was also victorious, and there were a couple of wild wrecks at the track.

RACEDAY REWIND: ACT Late Model Tour 150 at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway

The ACT Late Model Tour returned to Beech Ridge Motor Speedway for the first time since 1993.

ACT president Tom Curley said it felt like "a homecoming." David Oliver called himself "an idiot" after winning his third NASCAR Whelen All-American Series feature of the season. Brian Hoar snapped a 9-year winless drought in ACT competition.
